Evan opened Modern Home Lending in 2018 after working at a several different mortgage companies. He founded Modern Home Lending with the simple goal of offering the best service to everyone; whether a first time homebuyer or seasoned investor, while keeping rates competitive.

As a local to Arizona, he has lived across the valley over the years. He lives with his wife and two chihuahuas in Chandler. Outside of his passion for helping people through mortgages, Evan enjoys his free time traveling, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
